We want you to love your Zero Zero Two gear — no ifs, ands, or double faults. If something isn't right, our 30-day hassle-free return policy has you covered.

The basics: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition. (We get it — try-ons happen. Just make sure it hasn't been worn to a tournament yet.)

How to start a return: Email us at vslezak808@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions and get the process moving quickly — no interrogation, no awkward silences.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Exchanges: Need a different size or design? The fastest route is to place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund. Contact us first and we'll help you sort it out.
